The Public Enterprises Selection Board (PESB) has selected Chandra Shekhar Tiwari for the position of Director (Technical) at Central Coalfields Limited (CCL), a Schedule ‘B’ Public Sector Undertaking. Tiwari, currently serving as General Manager (Mining) at CCL, was chosen from a pool of 11 candidates who underwent the interview process conducted by the PESB.
The appointment is subject to requisite clearances and the approval of the Appointments Committee of the Cabinet (ACC). Once finalized, Tiwari will assume one of the two vacant Director (Technical) positions at CCL, bringing his expertise in mining to the senior management of the company.
