A. Robert J. Ravi has been appointed as the new Chairman and Managing Director (CMD) of Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited (BSNL), following the approval of the Appointments Committee of the Cabinet (ACC) on July 17, 2024. Ravi succeeds P.K. Purwar, who retired in June.
Over the years, he has served in various capacities, gaining significant expertise in managing complex projects and driving operational efficiency. His leadership is expected to play a pivotal role in the government’s ongoing efforts to enhance BSNL’s operational efficiency and expand its network infrastructure.
