The cloud computing arm of Amazon, Amazon Web Services (AWS) has launched SMB Vidyalaya to support the digital upskilling of small businesses through webinars. The programme covers 50 technology education modules to help Small and Medium-sized Businesses (SMBs) make their operations and offerings digital by using AWS Cloud.

SMB Vidyalaya would also offer access to an array of resources available on its India SMBHub and AWS store on Amazon Business Marketplace along with professionals to handhold SMBs in technology enablement.
AWS has also expanded its Amazon Digital Suits, developed with local third-party technology providers. This will help SMBs in India to quickly and easily digitize operations.
During the virtual launch of programme, AWS said that the SMB Vidyalaya is available to small and medium businesses through a hybrid training model, combining online and in-person channels.it further added that AWS is collaborating with SMB-focused associations like the Noida-based World Association for Small and Medium Enterprises (WASME) to create awareness about SMB Vidyalaya through product brochures, educational videos, and webinars.
