UpGrad Abroad endeavors to become the largest player in the segment by the next year. It has set a target of enrolling over 25,000 learners and earning annual revenue of $130 million by 2023. The USA, Australia, UK, Germany, and Canada are the core countries which upGrad learners can choose from.
Commenting on the set targets, Ankur Dhawan, President upGrad Abroad said, “The only way to democratize transnational education is by offering learners the changes to study from any global university of their choice and yet make it much more affordable and accessible than its ever been before. With upGrad’s ability to offer online to start with and then move to on-campus learning, we are uniquely placed to open up this market exponentially.”
