Shri Tusharkanti Behera is an Indian politician from Odisha and a Member of the Odisha Legislative Assembly, representing Kakatpur under the Biju Janata Dal (BJD) since 2024.

Previously, he served as the Minister of State (Independent Charge) for Electronics & IT, Sports & Youth Services in the Odisha Government (2019–2024). His tenure focused on advancing digital infrastructure, promoting sports, and empowering youth initiatives.

An alumnus of IIT Kharagpur, he holds a Dual Degree in Biotechnology & Biochemical Engineering. Before stepping into politics, he contributed to academia as an Assistant Professor at Centurion University of Technology and Management and gained entrepreneurial experience as a Managing Partner at Learnitude Corporation. His diverse expertise in education, technology, and governance underscores his commitment to innovation and youth development.
