Lucknow: The Uttar Pradesh Subordinate Services Selection Commission (UPSSSC) has recently announced the dates for the Preliminary Eligibility Test (PET) 2023. This highly anticipated exam will be conducted on October 28 and 29, 2023, across multiple shifts.
Aspiring candidates who wish to pursue government posts in various departments in Uttar Pradesh should seize this crucial opportunity by appearing for the PET exam. This test is specifically held for Group C recruitment and serves as a gateway for individuals aiming to secure government positions in the state.
Eligibility and application details
The Preliminary Eligibility Test (PET) is designed for candidates who are domiciled in Uttar Pradesh and wish to apply for government jobs. By taking the PET, candidates can obtain a PET Score/Certificate, which will remain valid for one year from the date of issuance.
Candidates who wish to apply must have successfully completed their high school education or possess an equivalent qualification, in addition to holding a higher education degree. Moreover, applicants should fall within the age range of 18-40 years as of July 1, 2023.
The registration process commenced on August 1, 2023, and candidates are required to submit their applications through the official UPSSSC website.
