IAS Officer Mannan Akhtar Appointed as Commissioner, Delhi Development Authority

Mannan Akhtar, a 2011-batch IAS officer of the Uttar Pradesh cadre, has been appointed as Commissioner of the Delhi Development Authority (DDA) under the Ministry of Housing and Urban Affairs, Government of India.

Prior to this appointment, Akhtar was serving as the Special Secretary in the Medical Education Department and CEO of Promote Pharma, Government of Uttar Pradesh. His extensive administrative experience is expected to contribute significantly to the planning and development initiatives under the DDA.
