Leading logistics company Blue Dart Express Limited has announced the appointment of Sagar Patil as its CFO effective August 1, 2025. The decision was approved at the Board of Directors meeting held earlier today.
Patil, who currently serves as the Interim CFO and is also designated as a Key Managerial Personnel will continue in his role as KMP following his elevation to CFO. His appointment comes on the recommendation of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee (NRC) and was subsequently approved by the company’s Board.
A qualified Chartered Accountant, he brings over five years of professional experience and has been associated with Blue Dart Express for more than eight years. During his tenure, he has held several leadership roles within the finance function, including Corporate Controller, Head – Corporate Accounts, and most recently, Interim CFO.
