Jatin Kumar Nayak has assumed charge as Chairman and Managing Director (CMD) of the Indian Renewable Energy Development Agency Limited (IREDA), taking over the leadership of the public sector financial institution dedicated to financing renewable energy projects.
IREDA plays a significant role in supporting India’s clean energy transition through financial assistance for solar, wind, hydropower, bioenergy and other renewable energy initiatives. Under Nayak’s leadership, the agency will continue to focus on expanding green financing, supporting sustainable energy investments and contributing to India’s renewable energy ambitions.
