RBI launched 24/7 helpline DigiSaathi for customer digital payment queries

The Reserve Bank of India (RBI) in collaboration with the National Payment Corporation of India has launched the DigiSaathi, an initiative to assist and help the customers of payment systems including cards. It will help them address queries in the digital payments umbrella. Currently, it is available in two languages – English and Hindi. Later, all vernacular languages would also be added.

DigiSaathi is a 24-hour information line for digital payment goods and services.The customers can submit queries about digital payment products and services, and the most relevant information will be made available to them. The toll-free number of DigiSaathi is (IVR) 14431 or 18008913333. The official website of DigitSaathi is digisaathi.info + chatbot.

DigiSaathi will provide information on various products and services – Cards – POS/ECOM, NEFT, UPI, IMPS, AePS, BBPS, NETC, USSD, PPI Wallets, QR (UPI/Bharat), ATM, CTS, TReDS, MTSS, Mobile, and Net Banking. It will also provide contact details of various payment system participants including banks and non-banks, as provided by them.
