Air India unveiled its fresh logo on Thursday. Keeping the red and white colors intact, with a touch of purple, Air India’s new logo, called ‘The Vista,’ represents boundless possibilities and confidence. As part of the event, the airline also showcased its revamped tail design and introduced a captivating theme song.
In a press release issued on Thursday, the airline announced its new brand design system that features a revamped logo and a redesigned Indian window shape. The gold window frame, inspired by Air India’s iconic window shape, symbolizes a ‘Window of Possibilities’ and signifies the airline’s limitless possibilities, progressiveness, and confident outlook for the future.
The airline aims to enhance the guest experience and strengthen its position as the preferred airline for travelers flying to, from, and within India, making significant investments in its services.
In a tweet, Air India wrote,’ Revealing the bold new look of Air India. Our new livery and design feature a palette of deep red, aubergine, gold highlights, and a chakra-inspired pattern. Travelers will begin to see the new logo and design starting December 2023.’
‘We are currently focusing on enhancing every aspect of our human resources. Simultaneously, we have made a significant order for a substantial number of aircraft. Furthermore, it is crucial for us to renovate and elevate our existing fleet to meet the necessary standards. Undoubtedly, it will require a great deal of effort, but our objectives are clear. We have a precise vision of our destination. The newly designed logo exemplifies our ambitious mission,’ said Tata Sons Chairman Chandrashekaran.
Air India has also launched a new website and mobile app, offering a significantly improved web experience with new digital tools and features.
