Bharat Electronics Limited (BEL) and BEML Ltd (BEML) signed MoU to establish a strategic collaboration for fostering leadership development and enriching the technical expertise and business acumen of executives of both companies.
This collaboration aims to promote continuous learning, facilitating capacity building among middle and senior level executives of BEL and BEML. It will also focus on creating a platform for innovation, knowledge exchange, conducting workshops and collaboration through structured training programmes.
Mr Ramkumar B, GM (HR/CO)/BEL, and Mr Abenezer Samir Khess, Head (Corporate HR)/BEML Ltd, exchanged the MoU documents in the presence of Mr Manoj Jain, CMD, BEL, Mr Vikraman N, Director (HR), BEL, and Mr Debi Prasad Satpathy, Director (HR), BEML Ltd.
