NBCC Signs MoU with Meerut Development Authority for ₹296.53 Cr Redevelopment Project

State-owned NBCC (India) Ltd has entered into a MoU with the Meerut Development Authority for the redevelopment of key land parcels in Meerut, Uttar Pradesh. The project is valued at approximately ₹296.53 crore.

As per the agreement, NBCC will serve as the Project Management Consultant (PMC) for the initiative. The redevelopment work focuses on converting stalled assets into sustainable urban spaces equipped with modern infrastructure and green features.

The company stated that the work order is part of its regular course of business. With this addition, NBCC continues to strengthen its position in the project management and construction sector.

NBCC currently boasts a robust order book of approximately ₹82,380.22 crore. It is actively implementing several large-scale projects across the country, spanning sectors such as industrial infrastructure and building construction.
