Chennai Petroleum Corporation Limited (CPCL) has announced the appointment of Manoj Kumar Pandey as an Independent Director on its Board, effective May 16, 2025. The appointment was confirmed via communication from the Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA), received on May 17, 2025.
Manoj Pandey, a seasoned trader by profession, hails from Howrah district in West Bengal. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce from Calcutta University, conferred in 1994. His previous leadership experience includes serving as a Nominee Director at Paschim Banga Gramin Bank under the Ministry of Finance, Government of India, from 2008 to 2017.
