The officials in sangam city have made an attempt to make the government-aided and government-run secondary school “smart.” 245 classes at 11 government-aided secondary schools and one government secondary school in the city have received the necessary equipment to serve as smart classrooms under the second phase of smart city programmes.

Additionally, with the improved technology in place, students of that school would be able to virtually attend lectures of the subject being taught in another school in the event that a given teacher of a particular subject in a school is unavailable for any reason. Each of these smart classes has been equipped with interactive whiteboards (digital whiteboards), projectors, speakers, bullet cameras, and UPS for power backup. District Inspector of Schools (DIOS)- Prayagraj PN Singh stated that teachers may even make learning more entertaining by simply accessing photos and movies using the library and cloud capabilities provided on digital board.
The principal’s office now has a monitor for keeping an eye on the class. Officials said that the principal of KP Inter College, Yogendra Singh, has a major server set up in his room where they can monitor all of the schools.
