A healthcare startup, Medfin has raised $15 million in Series B funding. The firm will use these to expand to more than 25 cities across the country. Also, some crunch of freshly raised funds will be invested in research and development, processes, technology as well as people with an aim to offer a one-stop comprehensive service platform for over 250 types of daycare surgeries.

The Healthcare startup said the funds were raised from various investors including HealthXCapital (Singapore), Arka Nxt, Blume Ventures, Sony, Axilor Venture, and Kotak Investments.
Medfin startup endeavors to offer patient access to varied surgical treatment procedure across department from ophthalmology to orthopedics at cost-effective prices. The company further added that so far, it has completed more than 5,000 surgeries, and is aiming to reach 1,00,000 surgeries by 2024.
Vikram Kailas of Arka Nxt Ventures, said, “Medfin are well on their way to becoming India’s largest day-care surgery provider. We are happy to partner with them in this journey.”
