PSU Transformation Conclave & Samarpan Awards 2025 Conclude, Envisioning ‘Value & Versatility’ for India @2047

As India marches toward its centenary of independence, the 4th Edition of the PSU Transformation Conclave and Samarpan Awards, hosted by ilouge Media, concluded with resounding success at Shangri-La, New Delhi. The day unfolded like a symphony of ideas, insight, and inspiration — uniting the stalwarts of India’s public sector under one compelling theme – PSU’s Vision 2047: Value and Versatility.

This year’s conclave wasn’t just an event — it was a mirror reflecting the transformation of India’s PSUs from traditional bureaucratic bodies into agile, purpose-driven institutions fueling the nation’s growth. With Ease of Doing Business as the policy partner and Viksit Bharat, CPOS, and NHEV as supporting partners, the platform proved to be a catalyst for conversations that will shape public sector excellence for decades to come.

Thought Leaders Steer the Dialogue

DSC 2753 -The stage was lit with the presence of Prof. NK Goyal, Chairman – TEMA, President – CMAI Association of India, and Governing Board Member – TEPC, Government of India, who graced the conclave as the Guest of Honour. His address unpacked a future where India’s PSUs serve as the backbone of an empowered, tech-savvy, and socially responsible economy.

‘The strength of PSUs lies in their adaptability. Vision 2047 isn’t just a milestone — it’s a mission. A mission driven by value creation, technological foresight, and versatility in action,’ said Prof. Goyal.

His key takeaways:

  • Embrace digital transformation as a lifestyle, not a trend
  • Anchor policies in sustainability and social good
  • Encourage collaboration, not just compliance
  • Build a workforce that’s future-proof
  • Use technology as a bridge to trust, transparency, and growth

MODINOMICS 3.0 and the Power of Infrastructure

With India eyeing the infrastructure podium on the global stage — rising past Russia, the UK, and France — Mr. Sinha emphasized two urgent missions – Reducing logistics costs from 14% to 9% and Cutting oil imports by 30% through decarbonisation.

Adding to the innovation narrative, P.S. Madanagopal, CEO of MeitY Startup Hub, emphasized the rising role of startups in global transformation and the potential of co-creation and collaboration to redefine PSU ecosystems.
