RITES Signs MoU with iSky Transport Systems to Develop Futuristic Logistics and Mobility Solutions

In a bid to strengthen India’s infrastructure and urban mobility landscape, RITES Ltd. has signed a MoU with Bengaluru-based iSky Transport Systems. The strategic partnership aims to explore opportunities in container logistics and material handling solutions across the country.

iSky Transport Systems is known for its innovative Suspended String Rail Technology (SSRT) and sustainable transit solutions. The collaboration is expected to focus on the development and implementation of transformative infrastructure projects, with a special emphasis on futuristic urban mobility and multimodal logistics.

Under the MoU, RITES will bring in its deep-rooted expertise in infrastructure consultancy and project execution, while iSky Transport will contribute with its technology-driven approach and execution capabilities, particularly its SSRT-based systems.

Both companies will work jointly to deliver sustainable transport technologies tailored to India’s evolving infrastructure needs. The alliance reflects a shared vision of enhancing smart city development and multimodal connectivity across the nation.
