Ministry of Jal Shakti Invites Students for Mass Communication Internship Programme

New Delhi: To engage students pursuing Undergraduate/ Graduate/ Post Graduate Degrees or are Research Scholars enrolled in recognized Universities/Institutions in the field of Mass Communication in India, the Department of Water Resources, River Development and Ganga Rejuvenation (DoWR, RD, GR), Ministry of Jal Shakti has announced a Mass Communication Internship Programme.

The Internship Programme will offer short-term opportunities for selected individuals to gain exposure to the Department’s media and social media activities. This program aims to provide a professional, engaging, and informative experience for interns.

Students who are currently pursuing BA/MA courses in mass communication or Journalism, or students who have completed a bachelor’s degree in mass communication or Journalism and are now studying MBA (Marketing), are eligible to apply, subject to the conditions mentioned in the Guidelines. This opportunity is open to students from recognized colleges or universities.

The internship will last for a period of three to six months. Selected candidates will receive an honorarium of Rs.10,000 per month and a certificate upon completion. The deadline for applications is September 15th, 2023.
