The Uttar Pradesh government has transferred 13 IAS officers to new roles across various departments. The changes, aimed at optimizing governance and efficiency, bring seasoned officers into key positions.
IASr Rajnish Dubey (1988 batch) has been appointed as the Chairman of the Revenue Board. IAS Ranvir Prasad (2000 batch) will now serve as the Managing Director of the State Electricity Power Corporation.
IAS Balkar Singh (2004 batch) assumes the role of Commissioner of Housing and IAS officer Babu Lal Meena (1991 batch) is now the Principal Secretary of Horticulture and Silk.
IAS officer Rajesh Kumar Singh (1989 batch) takes on the additional charge as Principal Secretary of the Cooperative. IAS officer Ravindra Kumar (2011 batch) will serve as the Principal Secretary of Dairy Development, Fisheries, and Livestock.
IAS officer P Guru Prasad (1999 batch) has been appointed as the Principal Secretary of Revenue. IAS officer Rajshekhar (2004 batch) will take charge as the Managing Director of Jal Nigam (Rural).
IAS officer Chaitra V (2007 batch) is now the Divisional Commissioner of Aligarh. IAS officer Dr Adarsh Singh (2007 batch) assumes the position of Commissioner of Excise.
IAS officer Vimal Kumar Dubey (2008 batch) has been appointed as the Divisional Commissioner of Jhansi. IAS officer Isha Duhan (2014 batch) will serve as the Managing Director of Paschimanchal Vidyut Vitran Nigam.
IAS officer Chandni Singh (2013 batch) takes on the role of Additional Commissioner of Commercial Tax for Gautam Buddha Nagar.
