IT Secretary Manoj Mishra empanelled as Joint Secretary at centre

3 officers including Manoj Mishra has been empanelled for holding the post of Joint Secretary or equivalent at the centre. S Anwar Hussain and Prithul Kumar are the other two officers empanelled for holding the post.

Manoj Mishra is a civil servant having a rich experience in rail operations and currently heading Electronics & Information Technology Department for Odisha Government as a Secretary. Mishra is among the three officers of the 2000 batch of Indian Railway Traffic Service (IRTS) who have been empanelled for the post.

Manoj Mishra during his career spanning over two decades had served in Indian Railways and the Government of Odisha and held various positions Mishra is also an Officer-On-Special Duty to Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik. He has played a vital role in the implementation of 5T in the form of E-Governance in the various departments.
