AIIA and Amity University Sign MoU to Boost Education, Research, and Technology in Ayurveda

All India Institute of Ayurveda (AIIA), New Delhi, and Amity University, Noida, have signed MoU to collaborate on education, research, and technology in the field of Ayurveda. The MoU was signed by AIIA Director, Prof. Tanuja Nesari, and Joint Registrar of Amity University, Asha Premnath, extending their ongoing five-year agreement.

The collaboration aims to promote academic excellence, technological advancement, and state-of-the-art programs through capacity building and lifelong learning. The MoU will facilitate the exchange of students and faculty for academic, research, and training purposes.

AIIA Director Prof. Tanuja Nesari emphasized the institute’s commitment to realizing the Prime Minister’s Vision 2047 for a developed India, stating that the MoU will be a significant milestone in this direction.

This partnership marks the 40th MoU signed by AIIA with national-level technical institutions and universities, including IIT and CSIR, to promote research and documentation in Ayurveda. Additionally, AIIA has signed 17 MoUs with renowned international institutions.

The event was attended by senior members of Amity University and AIIA, including Dr. Balvinder Shukla, Vice-Chancellor of Amity University, and Dr. B.C. Das, Dean. The coordination of the event was led by Dr. Shivani Ghildiyal, Associate Professor, Department of Dravyaguna.
