The Government of Haryana has ordered the transfer and posting of three Indian Administrative Service (IAS) officers with immediate effect.
According to orders issued by Chief Secretary Anurag Rastogi, the following changes have been approved:

Raja Sekhar Vundru has been posted as Additional Chief Secretary, Food, Civil Supplies and Consumer Affairs Department. He will continue to hold the additional charge of Additional Chief Secretary, Transport Department and has been relieved from the charge of the Fisheries Department.

D. Suresh has been posted as Resident Commissioner, Haryana Bhawan, New Delhi, and Principal Secretary, Fisheries Department. He was earlier serving as Resident Commissioner, Haryana Bhawan, and Principal Secretary, Food, Civil Supplies and Consumer Affairs Department.

Shashvat Sangwan, Sub Divisional Officer (Civil), Thanesar, has been posted as Mission Director, Swachh Bharat Mission (Urban) with immediate effect.
Officials stated that Jaideep Kumar, whom Sangwan replaces, will be assigned a new posting separately.
The administrative changes are aimed at strengthening departmental functioning and ensuring continuity in governance across key public service sectors in the state.
